Collection: Ceylon Sweeteners – Pure Kithul Treacle & Jaggery

Pure Ceylon sweeteners, farm-direct from Sri Lanka. At the heart of this collection is kithul — a rare, traditional Sri Lankan sweetener tapped from the flower of the kithul palm (Caryota urens) and slowly boiled into a rich, dark, caramel-like syrup. It grows and is made almost nowhere else in the world.

Choose it as pourable kithul treacle (the syrup — for curd & treacle, pancakes, desserts, and drinks) or as solid kithul jaggery / hakuru (the set blocks — grated or melted into cooking, tea, and sweets). Both are 100% pure kithul with nothing added — no cane sugar, no glucose syrup. Much of the "kithul" sold cheaply is quietly cut with sugar; ours is the real thing.
