Most spice suppliers cannot tell you the coumarin level of the batch in your order. We can. That's the difference between a commodity supplier and a compliance-ready ingredient source.
Species Authentication
DNA and botanical verification confirms every cinnamon batch is Cinnamomum verum — genuine Ceylon cinnamon, not cassia. Documented in COA.
Why it matters: cassia is frequently sold as Ceylon cinnamon — your formulation compliance depends on verified species.
Coumarin Testing
Every batch tested against the EU threshold of 0.1g/kg dry weight. True Ceylon cinnamon is naturally ultra-low in coumarin. We document the actual result, not a generic "pass".
Why it matters: EU and FDA regulations require coumarin compliance for supplement and food use. Your COA covers you.
Heavy Metal Screening
Independent lab testing for lead, cadmium, arsenic, and mercury. Results documented per batch. Meets USP 232/233 and EU EC 1881/2006 limits.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Samples start from 50g–500g per SKU. Starter wholesale orders from 1kg per SKU. Volume pricing from 5kg, and distributor tiers from 20kg per SKU. Contact us for a formal quote based on your specific requirements.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent laboratory is available for every product and every batch. We can send the current batch COA before you place your order, and it is included in your shipment documentation.
What lab tests do you run on each batch?
Every batch goes through four independent laboratory tests: (1) species authentication — confirming the correct botanical species; (2) coumarin level — tested against the EU threshold of 0.1g per kg dry weight; (3) heavy metal screening — lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury; (4) microbial safety — total aerobic plate count, E. coli, Salmonella. All results are compiled in the COA.
Do you offer private label or white-label packaging?
